I charge for my time, so all professional services below are available at an hourly rate. An initial 30 minute consultation is free so we can get to know each other and decide which service or services are right for you. They are available separately or together depending on what you're interested and what feels right to both of us.

Intuitive Life Coaching

I have been using my empathic abilities to help people through personal transition for over 10 years. I do not have answers for you, but I can help you discover those answers for yourself. As we talk, I will develop strategies for change that are tailored specifically for you and where you're trying to go. We work at your pace-I am not a personal trainer or a babysitter. You move along your path as it feels comfortable to you; I offer you as much support and encouragement as you need to find and reach your goals.

Meditation and Prayer

One way to get into the habit of listening to our higher selves and our guides is by spending time in meditation and/or prayer several times a week. This practice gives us the opportunity to slow down, filter out the noise of everyday life, and get in touch with our eternal selves. In addition to praying for you and helping you hold the vision of your life, I will give you tools to incorporate meditation and prayer into your life in ways that are comfortable and nurturing for you. These tools might include (but are not limited to) personal guided meditation materials that I develop for you specifically as well as goal worksheets to help you measure personal progress.

Tarot Readings

I have been reading various tarot and spiritual guidance cards for over 15 years. The power of these readings are not in the cards, they are in the energy and guidance that comes from placing our intentions upon them. I intuitively know which cards will help bring clarity to your life and the path you're on and we use them as tools of awareness during our sessions. I offer digital transcripts of the tarot readings including which cards were pulled and what their meanings were.

Reiki Treatments & Chakra Clearing

I am a Reiki Master Teacher and generally speaking all the work we do can include energetic transformation. Reiki is loving universal energy and I use it to clear blockages in your physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual bodies as well as to open and clear your chakras. I also offer straight Reiki treatment sessions where our time is spent solely clearing energy and resolving old wounds. I can perform Reiki over distances, or if you're in the Denver, CO area we can arrange an in person meeting for a treatment session.

I strongly believe that as large women, we need the comfort of touch more than others. We are often hesitant to let people care for and nurture us because we are uncomfortable with the idea of being vulnerable in that way. I have been plus sized for most of my life and can certainly relate to that feeling. I found healers who were plus size themselves and they were extremely sensitive to my size and my needs. Because of their wonderful care, I too strive to create a healing environment that provides the comfort of healing touch while being sensitive to any boundaries you may have about your body. I believe we must celebrate our bodies and allow in the physical comfort of healing.

Below are my rates for 30 and 60 minutes. Please note that we can figure out a way to work within any budget.

Initial 30 minute consultation: Free

Additional 30 minute sessions: $35
Package of 3, 30 minute sessions: $80

60 minute session: $65
Package of 3, 60 minute sessions: $150
