		<description>It really is a form of discrimation. Less vicious than racism but it's all a matter of degree. As a severely disabled person I"m on the receiving end too.

My sister has struggled with weight all her life, and my metabolism was just the opposite - was able to eat whatever I wanted and not gain weight. It's just so - well, frankly stupid - for people to believe that anyone who's fat  is a lazy overeater. 

My thinness was never the result of any moral virtue when it comes to eating! If I wanted half a dozen donuts or three days of fast food in a row on a given weekend, that's what I ate.</description>
