		<description>Well, it depends on what activities make you feel better.  For some it's exercise, for some it's a creative project--but in the end it's what we're thinking that's going to have a long-term affect on how we're feeling.</description>

		<description>Also, I think it helps to engage in activities that tend to foster more positive feelings - for example, if you're feeling depressed, get yourself to take a walk or bike ride.</description>
